About Additionshed Tree Service and How Referrals Work

Who We Are

Additionshed Tree Service is a referral service. We do not climb, cut or haul. We listen to what you describe, then connect you with independent tree removal providers near Rockville. That is the whole job, and we try to do it well.

Think of us like a switchboard at a busy building. The switchboard does not fix anything, but it gets you to the right desk.

Why This Service Exists

A fallen limb or a leaning trunk is stressful. Most people have never hired a tree provider before. They do not know who to trust, what to ask or what a fair job looks like. First, breathe out. Then take one small step: describe the problem and let us point you to someone who can look at it.

How Providers Are Matched

When you reach out, you tell us a few simple things:

• What the tree looks like and where it is
• Whether anything is blocked or damaged
• How soon you would like someone to visit

We use those details to connect you with independent providers in the Rockville area who handle that kind of work. Availability depends on each provider, so we never promise a set arrival time.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Respond to homeowner requests politely and clearly
• Give honest written quotes
• Explain the plan before work starts
• Respect your property and your schedule

Providers are responsible for their own licensing, insurance and equipment. Homeowners should always confirm these directly before agreeing to work.

What We Do Not Do

We do not perform tree work. We do not set prices. We do not make promises about what insurance will pay. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy, and ask a provider to help document the damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

The referral service is supported by the providers in our network. Requesting an estimate through us places you under no obligation. You choose whether to hire a provider, and the work agreement is between you and that provider.

Built for Busy Households

Most families are juggling work, school and errands. Plan around life. Tell the provider which days are hard, where the driveway is tight and whether pets or kids are home. Good providers can usually shape the visit around those details.
